A unique 6-course tasting menu has been specially created by the twice Michelin starred chef Enrico Bartolini and his team, using fresh local ingredients and traditional recipes - complete with a modern twist. Meals are served in the sumptuous surroundings of the restored Renaissance-era Palazzo Venart Luxury Hotel.
You will find a bottle of Italian Prosecco and tasty snacks in your room upon your arrival, with compliments of our General Manager, Mr. Angelo Rizzi.
